Track 2 of the 2026 International Course in Ozone Therapy and Regenerative Medicine focuses on musculoskeletal pathology and pain management, combining ozone therapy, neural therapy and the use of exosomes and peptides within regenerative protocols.
The online theory phase runs from 6 to 28 November on the CIOMER platform in recorded format. It includes the General Scientific Topics module — common and mandatory — and the Track 2 module: ozone therapy in orthopaedics and traumatology with its anatomical references (knee, foot, hip and shoulder joint complex), ultrasound-guided ozone injections, and clinical cases of low back and neck pain presented by two separate faculty members. Every lecture has a faculty member assigned to answer questions within the platform.
The in-person block takes place on 27 and 28 November at the Hotel Presidente Intercontinental Puebla. After Friday's plenary, participants rotate in small groups through five simultaneous rooms. Room 3 — Musculoskeletal Pathology covers the diagnostic approach and physical examination of cervical and low back pain, paravertebral ozone applications and infiltration techniques. Alongside it run the systemic routes — major autohemotherapy on Friday and ozonated saline solution (DISSO3) on Saturday — plus neural therapy, aesthetic medicine, and the devices and generators module.
Procedures are performed among the attending physicians themselves, so each participant experiences the technique as well as observing it. Saturday closes with clinical cases on exosomes, secretomes and stem cells, a general discussion and the awarding of diplomas.
