Who you are paying, what you receive and when. Everything worth knowing before you enroll and pay on this site.

This document is drafted in Spanish because it is governed by Mexican and Peruvian data protection law, where the Spanish wording is the one that binds. An English courtesy translation has not been prepared yet: a mistranslated legal term would be worse than no translation.

1. Merchant details

The training programmes are run by Colegio Internacional de Medicina Regenerativa y Ozonoterapia A.C. (CIOMER), a Mexican non-profit association based in Puebla, México.

Online payments on this site are received and invoiced by:

This is the name that will appear on your card statement. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before disputing it with your bank: it is faster and will not suspend your access.

2. What is sold

Continuing medical education: courses, diplomas, workshops and congresses in ozone therapy and regenerative medicine, for qualified healthcare professionals. These are services, not physical goods: nothing is shipped.

Each programme publishes its content, dates, format, venue where applicable and price on its own page. See them all under Courses & Diplomas.

3. Prices and currency

The price of each programme is the one published on its page and in the listing. Online payments are charged in US dollars (USD); if your card operates in another currency, your bank will apply its own exchange rate and any fees it charges.

There are no hidden charges: the amount shown before you pay is the amount charged.

4. Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club credit and debit cards, processed by the Culqi payment gateway.

Your card details never reach CIOMER servers: they are sent encrypted to the gateway, which returns only a payment identifier. We do not store them. Transactions are authenticated with 3-D Secure, so your bank may ask for an additional confirmation.

5. How to buy, step by step

  1. Open Courses & Diplomas and the programme page.
  2. Click Register to open the enrolment form.
  3. Fill in your details: names exactly as they should be printed on your certificate, specialty, the professional registration the programme requires, email and phone.
  4. Click Pay and register, which shows the total, and enter your card details in the secure gateway window.
  5. Complete the 3-D Secure verification if your bank requires it.
  6. Once approved, you see the confirmation and your enrolment is recorded immediately.

You can leave at any step before authorising the payment; nothing is charged until then.

6. What you receive, and when

  • Immediately: on-screen confirmation and a receipt by email with the programme, amount, last digits of the card and the transaction reference.
  • If the programme includes the Virtual Classroom: your account is created and enrolled automatically, and your credentials arrive in a separate email, usually within minutes.
  • If the programme is on-site or live: our team contacts you by email or WhatsApp with joining instructions.
  • Certificate: issued on completion, using the details you entered in the form.

If nothing arrives within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to info@ciomer.com: the payment is recorded even if the email fails, and we will resend your access.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Full conditions are in the Enrollment Terms and Conditions. In short: no refund applies once the programme has started or once access to Virtual Classroom content has been granted, as it is digital content with immediate access. Before those points, write to us and we will review your case.

8. Security and privacy

The site runs over HTTPS and card details are tokenised by the gateway. What personal data we collect, why and for how long is detailed in the Privacy Notice.
