Changes and Refunds Policy

When a refund applies, how to request it and how long it takes.

Last updated: October 17, 2026

This document is drafted in Spanish because it is governed by Mexican and Peruvian data protection law, where the Spanish wording is the one that binds. An English courtesy translation has not been prepared yet: a mistranslated legal term would be worse than no translation.

1. Scope

This policy governs changes and refunds for the training services purchased through this site. The seller of record is Ricardo Arturo Angulo Nicho, RUC 10718148478, Chimpu Ocllo 298, San Martín de Porres, Lima, Perú.

What we sell is a service delivered digitally and immediately: there is no physical product to return, no shipping and no shipping costs.

2. Refund window

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that you have not accessed the course content and the programme has not started.

3. When a refund does not apply

  • The Virtual Classroom credentials have been used and the content accessed.
  • The programme has already started, whether or not you attended.
  • More than 7 calendar days have passed since the purchase.
  • The certificate has already been issued.

4. How to request it

  1. Write to reclamos@ciomer.com from the email used to enrol.
  2. Include the course name, the transaction reference from your receipt and the reason.
  3. We confirm receipt and tell you whether it applies within 2 business days.

5. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the same card used to pay, in the original currency (USD). Processing takes 5 to 10 business days on our side; your bank may take longer to show it. We do not issue store credit or vouchers instead of money unless you ask for it.

6. Changes

Before a programme starts you may transfer your place to another edition or another CIOMER programme of equal value, subject to availability. If the new programme costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the difference is refunded.

7. If the problem is ours

If CIOMER cancels or reschedules a programme, or if you were charged in error or more than once, the full amount is refunded with no conditions and no deadline on your side. The same applies if the content delivered does not match what was published.
